Arc Measurement Not Accurate
If your Dr. Dish Arc1 is not registering the Arc of your shot properly. Here is a troubleshooting guide to help you identify the issue.

- Location: Is the machine being used indoors or outdoors?
- Lighting & Ceiling: Describe the lighting conditions. Are there low-hanging ceiling lights, fans, or unique roof structures directly above the machine?
- Flooring: Is the machine resting on a completely flat, level surface?
- Interference Risks: Note any metal objects in the immediate vicinity, such as metal pipes, poles, or scaffolding close to the machine.
- Radar Firmware Version - This process has several settings selections needed to populate the Radar modules firmware.
- More > Support > Diagnostic > Visiontech Sensor > Sensor (press "Test" button) > Button will change to "Connecting" then to "Stop".
- Once it says Stop the packets are flowing > Select Data Packet Logs at the bottom > This opens a new screen > The Firmware Version listed on this page is the Radar Board Firmware, please take note of this number.
