Arc1, Vision Tech Sensor Troubleshooting

Use troubleshooting if you see the message, "Vision Tech Sensor Not Detected" on the tablet.

Written Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Unplug the AC power cable from the outlet.
  2. Ensure the J3 connector on the power board is fully connected.
    1. When looking into the machine from the top, the J3 connection is the top socket, closest to the back of the machine.
    2. When looks at the power board from the side with the shroud removed, it is the top-left socket. Refer to the image below as a reference.J3 RadarCablePlacement
  3. Power on the machine to check whether the issue has been resolved.
