We always hope our machine is the perfect training tool to add to your lineup, but we understand some things just don't work out. We offer a 30-day refund with our iC3, Dr. Dish Rebel+, All-Star+, CT, and CT+ models. The buyer is subject to pay the return shipping charges and a restocking fee, which varies based on the model you purchased. Please hold on to your original packaging, or an additional fee may apply for materials.
The Dr. Dish Home Machine can be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be repackaged in original packaging. Any return will be charged $600 to cover return shipping and restocking fees.
