If you are having issues with your Aircat feeding properly. Here is a step by step troubleshooting guide, to help you identify and resolve the issue.
Clearing the 310 valve
your Aircat may not be feeding at all, double feeding or have an air leak in the 310 valve. Ensure there is air in the machine by turning it on and setting the speed adjust to 10 bars(half strength) and then turn off the Aircat. Next we will clear out the 310 valve by following the video below
-
Press this red button quickly and numerous times to flush out valve-until all but dry air is releasing. Repeat process 3-4 times.
Testing the Feed Cylinder
Before beginning the test, make sure the machine is turned off with no air in the system.
Does your cylinder snap up like in the video? If not send us a video of what you are seeing during this test.
Broken Feed
Look around your feed for a part that may have become detached. The arrows in the picture below show the main two points locations to check. If something looks broken or detached, send us a few pictures. Info for starting a service ticket is at the bottom of the page.
