How do I set a PIN or Passcode on your Dr. Dish?

Learn how to protect your Dr. Dish with a PIN to ensure it's only used by the people who should have access

Dr. Dish CT+, All Star+, FCLTY, Rebel+, and CT Machines 

Setting a PIN on your Dr. Dish machine is a great way to prevent unauthorized use. Follow these steps to secure your machine:

  1. Turn on your Dr. Dish machine.
  2. Navigate to the More menu.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Toggle on Require PIN.
  5. Create a PIN and enter it.
  6. Re-enter the PIN to confirm.

Your machine is now locked and will require the PIN to be accessed. If you ever need to reset the PIN start a ticket here and reach out to our Service Team!

Now your machine is secure and ready to use!

Dr. Dish All Star, Pro, and Rebel

  1. Power on the machine
  2. Enter "CAM" into the password spot
  3. Hold down both arrow keys to enter the 'settings' menu
  4. Push the right arrow key 5 times until you get to "password settings."
  5. While the arrow is blinking on 'yes,' hold enter
  6. Set the password to whatever you want. After you press enter on the third number, it will say "password saved"
  7. Press the "reset stats/reset all" button
