Written and video troubleshooting for if the speakers on your Dr. Dish CT are not working as expected.
CT Speaker Troubleshooting
- Verify Power - The first step to ensuring your speakers are working is verifying that they are receiving power to the machine. This can be verified by turning on the HUD. If the HUD does not power on, please refer to the "Power Troubleshooting" article.
- Speaker Power Supply - After verifying power to the HUD, the next step is to check the power supply for the speakers themselves. This can be viewed from the top of the machine; there should be a blue led lit up on the power supply. If it is not there are some additional steps to take below.
- No Blue LED - First the left side shroud will need to be removed from the machine, a guide on removing that is linked here. Once the shroud is removed the power cord connection into the speaker's power supply should be re-seated. Additionally the black and red connection should be checked to ensure it has not become disconnected. These connections are indicated in the image below. If the blue led is not on at this point please contact the Support+ team.

- Pairing Instructions - On the right-hand speaker there is a power button on the far right side, press this and a noise should come from the speaker as well as a blue led on the speaker itself blinking now. On the left side of this same speaker there is a button with the bluetooth icon. Press this and the speaker will make another noise and the led will start blinking quickly. At this point the speakers should show up in your devices bluetooth pairing menu as "JBL Cruise".
