Front Console Panel Display Status and Error Codes For AirCAT

This guide is to help read your console display on your AirCAT!

Speed adjust bar

Below is a picture of the "Speed Adjust Bar". It show between 2 and 20 bars depending on the pressure. If 1 or no bars are showing, you will get a LO error. If the pressure is adjusted too quickly and fills beyond the max capacity, the timer display will read HI.

  • If the timer display shows HI, then please turn the speed adjust to the left until you hear air releasing and the HI reading has disappeared.

  • When diagnosing an issue, set the speed adjust to 10 bars.
