Battery Troubleshooting For Aircat

If your Aircat wont power on, is getting a LO or L6/Lb reading on your timer or the air pumps are not turning on. Here is a step by step troubleshooting guide to help identify and resolve the issue.

Checking the battery is always the first step. Have your battery charging for at least 6 hours before beginning troubleshooting

How to read the battery indicator when charging

  • Red - Charging (If charged for over a 6 hour period and still remains red, a replacement battery is needed.)

  • If it changes from Red/Green - Your battery is good

  • Indicator is always green - Replace battery (Not enough good cells left to charge)

Indicators of a bad battery

If your Aircat is showing 2 bars on the far left and far right of the speed adjust bar. It may also have a LO indicator on the timer. A new battery is needed. Here is a picture showing what the speed adjust would look like.

(This may indicate a bad circuit board. However replacing the battery is always the first step)

Battery info

If a new battery is needed, the most cost effective solution is to purchase a battery from a local car or auto parts store. Here is info on the battery needed. Ensure the battery purchased is sealed and spill proof. 

After you have completed the battery troubleshooting: 

If you have completed and verified the battery still has a charge and is working properly. Please move onto the next troubleshooting based on what is happening with your Aircat.
