After troubleshooting the battery, if your Aircat is still not powering on properly. Here is a step by step troubleshooting guide, to help resolve the issue.
If your machine is having power issues, battery troubleshooting is always the first step. The guide on that process is here!
1. Check the power cord to ensure it is plugged in properly. There is an audible clicking noise when plugged in.
(The power cord is seen in the picture below)
2. Check the keylock position:
If the keylock is facing the 11 o'clock position, the Aircat is ON. If the keylock is facing the 1 o'clock is OFF and the Aircat will NOT power on. You can tell the position of the lock by the direction of the line In the picture below the keylock is facing the 11 o'clock position and is ON.
- If you do not have a key, you are able to purchase a replacement key through us, or contact us on info on how to bypass your keylock.
3. Check the inline fuse
1. Identify if your machine has the side access panel.
a. If your machine has the side access panel shown Below, you are able to take off the 6 screws and Check the inline fuse for damage and burn marks.
