Console troubleshooting on Dr. Dish Pro, Rebel, or All-Star models

If the Console on your Dr. Dish Pro, Rebel, or All-Star model isn't working as expected here is a brief troubleshooting guide to help you identify and resolve the issue.

Buttons Not Responding

  1. Green Ribbon Cable - If any of the buttons on your console are not responding, the Green Ribbon Cable should be inspected for any creases, pinches, or other apparent damage. If you do notice any creases you can attempt to flatten the cable. If the issue persists or the damage is more severe the console itself will likely need to be replaced. In order to do this you will need to partially remove the console from the machine a video guide is below.
