- Manual Potentiometer Calibration: ***Please note the body of the machine will need to be positioned as if it were being used to shoot from the Free Throw position (facing center) for this process to be completed successfully***
- Connect Power and App: Connect the machine to the power source and turn it on. On your control tablet or phone app, navigate to Support > Troubleshooting > Calibration and look at the "Potentiometer" value.
- CT Owners: The menu location you will navigate to is as follows. Settings(Gear Icon) > System > Rotation Calibration and look at the "Current POT Value".
- Find Center Point: Loosen the lower hose clamp, securing the hose to the static Main Gear shaft.
- With the upper clamp still tight use pliers to rotate the hose until the value on the screen is as close to 500 as possible (400–600 is acceptable).
- Tighten Lower Clamp: Once the value is as close to 500 as you can get it, tighten the lower hose clamp firmly so it doesn't slip during operation.
- The Potentiometer value will change as you are tightening the lower hose clamp. This is normal and expected. Keep an eye on the value to keep it close and at least in-between 400-600 while you are tightening it.
- Connect Power and App: Connect the machine to the power source and turn it on. On your control tablet or phone app, navigate to Support > Troubleshooting > Calibration and look at the "Potentiometer" value.
- Run Full Calibration: Complete the standard rotation calibration process in the app to ensure the machine recognizes the new center point.
- Reinstall the shroud
