This troubleshooting is for the AirCat remote system
Remote troubleshooting:
1. If your machine reads HI, LO, or Lb/L6 it will not launch
a. If your machine shows HI, LO or Lb/L6 this guide provides more info on why it is displaying.
2. If you are standing to far away from the AirCat, the remote will not work
3. Check the remote LED light or replace the remote battery. The battery type is 27A 12V
4. Check the connections on the remote transmitter box inside the machine.
Below is a video going over the troubleshooting process. If this does not resolve your issue, a new remote system would be needed.
If you are missing your remote:
Our older remote system has a 1 to 1 RF pairing and is unable to be paired to new remotes. If your remote is lost, a quote would be needed for a new remote system.
Updated 2025 Remote system:
In 2025, we updated our remote system to a new and improved version. This new remote system comes with 2 remotes. However if both remotes are lost or damaged, a new remote system would be needed. If you are unsure if your AirCat is using the new style remote, here is what is looks like.
