How to set up your Player App Membership in our new systems

Our systems are changing! If you are attempting to make a change to your Membership and no longer see one inside our new portal, there is action needed.

All information here is only applicable to Dr. Dish Home Customers. This does not apply to NEW customers. 

If you are an active Dr. Dish Home Player App Membership and can no longer access or see your membership inside our new portal, you'll need to work with our team to cancel your existing membership and re-set up in our new systems. 

At that time, you can decide to remain month to month ($39/mo) or save and purchase an 18-month Membership ($29/mo - $522 upfront). We also now offer a lifetime Membership upgrade, which our team can explain to you. You can also learn more here. 

To make this change, please contact our team in a way that works best for you: 
  • Call our office M-F from 8-4PM at 952-873-2633 
  • Fill out a service request form to be contacted, include the email address and phone number associated with your membership and the type of Membership you would like to activate

Important Reminders:

  1. When you sign up for a new Membership, sign up with the same email that you had before so that your statistics transfer. 
  2. You will need to re-invite your members, and you now get 5 instead of 3!
