Is the Dr. Dish Home Membership Mandatory?

While the Dr. Dish Membership is not required to use your machine, it is highly recommended as it unlocks features such as "build a drill" that are pertinent to your experience. Your first month is always FREE - and billing will start 30 days after your machine is received. You can cancel anytime. Please visit here for more information.

What does BETA mean?

BETA is the final step before we move a product into production. BETA is not for everyone. It helps to make our products the best they can be through testing in the public. We would only release a product in BETA if it was working as intended, but the unit has potential for errors. You're always covered under warranty and service & we don't stop until your machine is working as intended! Also, feedback is imperative -- if responding to interviews, surveys and providing feedback is too time consuming, then BETA is not for you.

What size court do I need to use the machine?

We recommend a court at least as wide as the standard lane lines, that is mostly level. The shortest pass will reach the free-throw line and extend outwards so it is important that your area will accommodate that length. With Membership, you can pick through our drills that accommodate your court OR build a drill yourself to fit within your parameters.
