What data do we collect?

You may browse our website without logging into to your membership account.  If you browse our website without logging in, we will track your IP address in order to see which pages are being used, but we will not know who you are (you will remain anonymous except for tracking your IP address).  If you login to your account before browsing our webpages, the personal information you provided to us when creating your account will be used for site customization purposes, but your visit and personal information will otherwise remain confidential.  We collect only personal information you provide to us (such as when setting up your membership account or customer account, including your name, address, email address, and phone number).  Some of our products and services may also collect personal information, which will be disclosed to you in connection with your purchase of those specific products and services. 

If you are placing an order, you will be required to provide personal information necessary for order processing. This information will be used for order processing only.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Airborne Athletics, Inc. with most of the data we collect.  We collect and process data when you:

  • Register online, provide your information to Airborne Athletics, Inc. at a clinic or event, place an order for any of our products or services, or interact with our customer support/service team;
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey to provide feedback on our website or via email;
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies; and/or
  • Create an account and/or set up users for any of our products or services.

We also use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) And this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.  

Transfers of Personal Data

If you reside in China, Australia, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area (EEA), Airborne Athletics, Inc. may transfer your personal information to the United States of America.  If your personal data is transferred outside China, Australia, United Kingdom or EEA to the United States, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are taken.  

  • For our customers within the EEA, such transfer of personal data complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield under Article 45 of the GDPR;
  • For our customers within Australia, that such transfer of personal data complies with the applicable laws of Australia and the United States;

How will we use your data?

Airborne Athletics, Inc. collects your data so that we can:

When our company processes your order, it may send data to, and also use the resulting information from our credit card processing provider.

The email address you provide, for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

How do we store your data?

Airborne Athletics, Inc. securely stores your data in encrypted format in cloud based storage solutions provided by our third-party data storage providers.  

Airborne Athletics will store your name and past orders on file for a period of at least three years from the date of your last purchase; however, credit card information will never be kept on file, and your personal information will not be sold, exchanged or distributed to third parties. The email address you provide, for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.  After the expiration of the above time period, Airborne Athletics will delete your data and no longer store your data.  Airborne Athletics products and services which collect your data through settings are subject to the privacy policies for those specific products and services.  In the event of a conflict between this privacy policy and the privacy policy applicable to a specific product or service, the privacy policy applicable to the specific product or service will control.

Marketing

Airborne Athletics, Inc. would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.  If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.  You have the right at any time to stop Airborne Athletics from contacting you for marketing purposes.  

If you choose to sign up for our marketing and promotional emails and/or texts you agree to be contacted with promotional pricing, product updates, and news about Airborne Athletics, Inc. that we feel may interest you. If you wish to stop receiving these communications, you may unsubscribe at any time through our web site or by contacting us. Our marketing and promotional email and text lists will only be used by Airborne Athletics and will not be shared with anyone.
